New workshop building, Stuttgart-Münster
A new workshop building to a height of two stories with offices and ancillary rooms is planned for the power plant site.
This will be constructed as a three-story reinforced concrete structure comprising walls, columns, slabs and semi-precast flooring as well as precast joists. The foundation is of driven cast-in-situ concrete piles. The building is provided with a metal curtain facade with generously dimensioned window bands for the small workshops and mullion/transom glazing in the workshop hall as well as with a staff break room and entrance foyer.
